I've been at a plateau of 110.5 since the holidays, where I gained some weight.
Anyways, I'm on my 6th day of the 2-4-6-8 diet, and I haven't eaten too much on any of the days, which is good, but I also haven't lost any weight.
I took a few measurements today.
Waist: 27"
Hips: 32.5"
Thighs: 19"
